Offagna is a typical medieval village situated in the hinterland riviera del Conero. The square plan medieval fortress, built between 1454 and 1456 to face the rival Osimo, is the element characterising this village. The fortress houses a collection of weapons and a collection of pottery. The medieval festivals of Offagna, furthermore, are really famous and every year usually in the last days of July, offer the visitor the possibility to live an almost unreal atmosphere as in a sort of time travelling.
